7.10 Efficient comment navigation in forms

In this update, internal users can now easily navigate between comments added to forms using the dedicated Review changes card. This feature improves efficiency by allowing you to quickly navigate to locations comments were made within forms.

 

How It Works

The card displays the total number of comments, along with a position indicator that highlights which comment is currently being viewed.

The card enables users to navigate through all comments in the form using the up and down arrows to move quickly between them.

Review changes

Using the navigation arrows to move between comments enables you to easily review all comments made in the form without the need to manually scroll and find new comments in the form.

To use this new feature, the below steps can be followed:

  1. Navigate to the Onboarding form located in the Forms card inside a Client.
  2. In the top left of the form, the Review changes card can be found.
  3. If comments are available in the form, the Up/Down arrow buttons can be used to navigate between them.

 

How It's Beneficial

  • Clarity - Easily see how many comments are present and where they are located.
  • Efficiency - Navigate to comments with a single click allowing you to easily focus on the comments raised.
