7.10 Global search

We are pleased to introduce a global search option in Pascal. The new global search icon, accessible across Pascal allows for a faster and more intuitive way to find cases or clients across your environment. This allows searching and navigating to cases or clients quickly anywhere in Pascal.

The last searches you made in the global search, will remain present to allow easy access to your last searched cases and clients.

How It Works

The Global search can be access and used from almost every screen in Pascal. The below steps can be followed to use the new global search:

1. Click on the search icon in the top bar to open the global search function.
2. Type the name of a case or client.
3. Select one of the suggested results to be directly taken to the specified case or client.
4. If more than three cases and clients match your typed name, Show more can be clicked to navigate to the Clients or Cases page and view all relevant results.

The global search provides suggestions as you type, helping you quickly and accurately find the correct case or client.
