7.10 Improved case resolvement user experience
In this update, we have improved the Resolvement panel design to streamline the resolvement process. The redesigned page places all case details directly next to the results, allowing you to compare key details - such as name, date of birth and location – without switching views. This supports faster and more consistent decisions on both potential false positives and true matches.

How It Works
You will find the redesigned resolvement panel via the Start resolving button in a case. The new resolvement panel is divided into two main sections; On the left side the Input section, showing you the information you are screening upon. The right side displays the hits found within the case.
The presence of the case details on the left side supports faster and more consistent decisions on both potential false positives and true matches. The information can be easily compared with the hit information to determine the resolution of the hit. Clicking on a hit row expands the hit, revealing more details. The risk score and confidence percentages are displayed in the top right, allowing you to dive into details with the More info buttons.
To Comment, Include or Exclude hits the new bottom area can be used when multiple hits are selected via the checkboxes or when an individual hit is opened.
How It’s Beneficial
- Efficiency – Case details and hit information are neatly organised for easier comparison allowing you to determine faster.
