Pascal General:

Added:

  • Added a search option in the top bar to search for Cases and Clients within your environment.

Pascal Screening:

Added:

  • Added a new card to the HubSpot Pascal application focussed on screening resolvement.
  • Added a new card to the HubSpot Pascal application focussed on general case information.
  • Added a warning when creating cases with generic names, prompting users to include more specific identifying information.
  • Added the option to perform an extended search on connections when creating or editing a case.
  • Added the option to assign cases to groups via HubSpot workflow actions.
  • Added the option to configure automatically updating the Pascal case name when the linked HubSpot record name is updated.
