7.11 Customisation of external emails
We are pleased to introduce the option to customise the external emails sent to the external team.
With this update, the email title and body content can be edited by typing your own custom message, utilising dynamic information such as the client's name and buttons in the email.
The following Email templates can be customised:
- Verify identity
- Verification code
- New form
- Confirmation of submitted information
- Form declined

In addition to editing email content, the theme of the emails can be configured. The Theme settings allow organisations to define visual elements such as logo, font style and size and colours.
The language of these emails can also be changed of the default email template.
At any time, a customised email can be reset to the default.
How It Works
To use this feature, the below steps can be used as guidelines:
- Open the menu in the top right corner and click on Settings.
- Click on External configuration located under the Onboarding section on the left side.
- Navigate to the Email templates card and click Edit next to an email.
- Update the title and body of the email with custom texts and dynamic information.
- Click Save when finished to apply the changes.
If needed, you can reset an email template to the default version by clicking on the Reset to defaults button when editing the email template.
