7.9 Indicator for modified answers
This update makes it easy to instantly identify which answers in a form have changed since the last submission. A clear blue dot indicator highlights updated answers, so you can focus only on what’s new or revised. Without the need to recheck the entire form.
Whenever an onboarding form is returned and updated by the External team, all modified answers are automatically marked with a blue dot. The same indicator also appears when the Internal team updates any answers, ensuring everyone collaborating on the form has clear, shared visibility into all changes that were made.
How It Works
A visual blue dot appears next to any question that has been modified since the previous submission:
- The External team submits a form.
- The Internal team reviews the form and may send it back with requests for changes.
- The External assignee updates the requested answers and re-submits the form.
- The Internal team can also edit answers before internally re-submitting the form.
- Any answer that has changed since the last submission is marked with a blue dot.
How It's Beneficial
- Clarity: Instantly see exactly which answers were updated, without manual comparison.
- Efficiency: Focus on modified answers instead of reviewing the entire form again, saving time and reducing manual effort.
