Difference between Clients and Cases

In Pascal Screening, you can create clients and cases from the Home page and each on their pages, Clients or Cases. Entities or individuals to screen in Pascal, should be created as cases. The specifications provided in the case, are used to search the screening categories available in your Pascal environment. The Cases page provides a table with all cases present in Pascal, they indicate found hits via the Resolve column. When unresolved hits are still present for you to review, the indicator will show a resolved percentage of less than 100.

Cases can, but are not required to, be grouped together into clients. Allowing you to group cases together which are all related to the same client, or structuring the cases in another effective way. For example based on the team responsible for the cases or by the type of client. The Clients page provides a table with all clients present in Pascal, they indicate the number of cases linked to the client and an overall resolving percentage.
