FAQ Billing & Subscription
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. An invoice is issued after each payment. All past invoices are visible in the Billing dashboard. You can also set who receives invoice emails in Pascal.
How do I pay?
We support credit card and SEPA direct debit. Enterprise plans may use invoice-based payments.
How long does it take until I can access my account?
Immediately after confirming your order and activating your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime under Organisation → Subscription. You retain access until the end of your contract period. No partial refunds are issued.
How is a search defined?
A search equals one screening against a single screening category (e.g., regulatory watchlists, PEPs, media). Example: screening the same case for regulatory watchlists and PEPs = two searches.
What happens if I reach my allowance?
At 80% and 100% you'll see in-app notifications. At 100% usage, new searches or case creations may be blocked until you upgrade or the next contract period begins. Exact behaviour depends on your plan.
Do unused searches or case creations roll over?
No. Unused volumes expire at the end of each contract period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade anytime. If you downgrade from Premium to Free, the downgrade is applied at the end of your contract period.
Are taxes included?
All prices exclude VAT. VAT is applied where legally required.
