What does the HubSpot integration with Pascal do?

The HubSpot integration allows you to create and link Pascal cases with your contact records. It helps streamline your KYC process by informing you on case statuses and key information in HubSpot on your Pascal cases. Allowing you to quickly act on the most important information.

How do I connect Pascal to HubSpot?

To connect, go to the Integrations page in Pascal's Organisation settings and press the Configure button in the HubSpot card. Follow the authentication steps to log in and approve the connection. You need to be an Owner or Admin in Pascal and have sufficient permissions in HubSpot to authorise the integration.

What data is shared between HubSpot and Pascal?

When a case is linked, Pascal sends updates such as case status, risk level, and unresolved and resolved hits to the associated HubSpot record. It also automatically saves case reports to the record's activity.

Can I automatically create a case in Pascal from HubSpot?

Yes. You can configure workflows in HubSpot to trigger automatic case creation in Pascal based on specific actions or properties in HubSpot, such as when a new deal is created or when a contact is moved to a certain pipeline stage. Or change Pascal's app settings in HubSpot, and create a Pascal case for every new company or contact record.

Does the integration work in both directions?
