How can other users join your Pascal account
After the Pascal app is installed in your HubSpot environment, all users in your HubSpot environment can start viewing and using the Screening overview and Screening resolvement cards.
When someone who does not yet have a Pascal account, opens a contact or company with a linked case or creates a case for that record, an account will automatically be created in Pascal for this person.
If the user would like to navigate to Pascal they can use the HubSpot Screening resolvement and Screening overview cards to do so. Via these HubSpot links they will have direct access to the linked Pascal case of the record. As these users do not have a password set yet, loggin in to the system directly via the login page is only possible after setting a password via the below steps:
- Press the Forgot password? button on the login screen of Pascal.
- Enter your email address and select the Reset button.
- An email will be sent to your email address.
