How to automatically create cases for CRM records

New contacts created in your CRM system, can be automatically created as cases in Pascal. Allowing you to automate the process of screening new records and being aware of potential risks.

The Zap can be set up following the below procedure:

  1. Start with the trigger for when a contact record is created. You can also use a trigger of when a specific record property is changed.
  2. Then add the action Create a Person Case to create a case in Pascal with the information of this record. To configure the action, set up the Case name to the full name of the trigger and the Linked Clients to the company name. You can provide more information if it is available in your CRM system.
  3. Optionally but advised: Add an action to update your CRM record with the Pascal UUID. This can help later to locate the specific case which is linked to your CRM record.
  4. Optionally, add an action to notify your team on Slack, Microsoft Teams or via Email about the new screening performed for them to look into.
