How to automatically update the case status based on record properties
When records in your CRM system are updated with specific information you can update Pascal cases to reflect this information or to update the case status. For example, if the contact or company becomes a customer, you might want to change the case status to Monitored.

The Zap can be set up following the below procedure:
- Start with the trigger for when a specific property in a record in your CRM system is updated.
- Add an action Find a Case of Pascal. If you linked the Pascal UUID to your CRM record's notes, you can use this information to locate the specific case.
- Next, add the action Update a Case of Pascal. In this action, you can specify what you want to update in the case. Set Update Status to Monitored to monitor this case regularly.
