How to change the roles of a user account
The role of a user determines which permissions they have. Only an organisation owner can change the role of a user.
- Press on the Organisation name or your initials in the top right corner.
- Click on Settings in the new menu.
- Navigate to the Users & groups page in the Organisation section.
- Head to the Users card, and click on the Pen icon under the Actions column of the user.
- Update the Roles information as needed.

Changing roles of users is only possible for users with the role Owner.
