How to configure HubSpot tasks for initial screening resolvement
When cases are created for an initial screening, hits can be found that need to be reviewed and resolved in the case. When the case is created, Pascal's properties are updated with the case information. The screening category properties Sanctions, Enforcements, PEPs and Media will inform on unresolved hits present in the case. Based on this information, a workflow can automatically inform you of work outstanding in the initial screening.

To set up this workflow, the following can be configured:
- Trigger:
- When property value changes: Case status has the value In review.
- Actions:
- Branch: Continue to branch A if one of the screening categories has a value of greater than 0 (property Sanctions is greater than 0 or if property Enforcements is greater than 0 or if property PEPs is greater than 0 or if property Media is greater than 0)

- In branch A: Create task: Set up the task owner for the task, include a task title with the record name and add the properties Sanctions, Enforcements, PEPs and Media including their values in the notes of the task.
To set up this workflow for both contacts and companies with linked cases where new hits are found. Two workflows must be created, one based on contact records and another based on company records.
