How to configure notifications based on found hits in monitored cases

When cases are monitored, new hits can be found during the periodic monitoring of the case. When these hits are found, the screening category properties Sanctions, Enforcements, PEPs and Media are updated with the number of unresolved hits in the case. Based on this information, a workflow can automatically inform you of this information.

To set up this workflow, the following can be configured:

  • Triggers:
    • Property Sanctions is greater than 0 & property Case status is Monitored. or
    • Property Enforcements is greater than 0 & property Case status is Monitored. or
    • Property PEPs is greater than 0 & property Case status is Monitored. or
    • Property Media is greater than 0 & property Case status is Monitored. or
  • Actions:
    • Send internal email notification: Set up recipients for the email message, include a subject with the record name and include the properties Sanctions, Enforcements, PEPs and Media including their values.
    • Send in-app notification: Set up recipients for the in-app notification, include a subject with the record name and include the properties Sanctions, Enforcements, PEPs and Media including their values.

To set up this workflow for both contacts and companies with linked cases where new hits are found. Two workflows must be created, one based on contact records and another based on company records.
