How to configure useful Pascal properties in HubSpot

Within HubSpot, views can be configured to shows specific properties. Adding Pascal's screening properties can be useful in Contacts, Companies, contact records and company records.

The available properties are:

  • Case assignee - Shows the current user or group assigned to the case.
  • Case last searched - Shows the last date the case was screened for new results.
  • Case status - Shows the current status of the case.
  • Sanctions - Shows the number of unresolved sanction hits in the case.
  • Enforcements - Shows the number of unresolved enforcement hits in the case.
  • PEPs - Shows the number of unresolved PEP hits in the case.
  • Media - Shows the number of unresolved media hits in the case.

Contacts and companies pages

The following steps can be followed to add the Pascal properties to the contacts and companies pages:

  1. Navigate to the Contacts or Companies page in HubSpot.
  2. Select the view tab at the top of the view that you would like to customise.
  3. Click on Edit columns to customise the columns of the table.
  4. In the search bar on the left, search for Pascal to see all properties from the Pascal app.
  5. Select the checkboxes of the properties to add to your view.
  6. On the right side, select the cross to remove columns from your view.
  7. Order the columns using the dotted line on the left side of the remaining columns.
  8. Click on the Apply button to view the table with your changes.
  9. Press the Save button in the table view to save your changes in this view.

 

Contact and Company records

The following steps can be followed to add the Pascal properties to a contact and company record overview:

  1. Navigate to a Contact or Company record page in HubSpot.

  2. Click on the Settings icon to customise the properties in the left sidebar.
  3. Click on Add properties in the Edit card section.
  4. Search for Pascal and select the checkboxes to add the properties you prefer to view in the card.
  5. Press the Save button to save your changes.
  6. Click on the Save and exit button to confirm your changes.
