How to create a client in Pascal Onboarding

Clients are the start of a new onboarding in Pascal Onboarding. Via a client, information about the client can be collected, related entities are grouped together and can be reviewed, and the onboarding of the client can be approved.

To create a client for the onboarding process:

  1. Navigate to the Home page or the Clients page of the Onboarding section of Pascal and press the New client button.
  2. Click on the Client name field. Here, you can select an existing client from Pascal Screening, or provide a new client name.
    • In the client list clients are not selectable when they are already added in Pascal Onboarding.
  3. Optionally, in new clients a description of the client can be provided in the Description text area and an identified can be added in the Identifier field.
  4. Select an onboarding form in the Onboarding form field. Here, you can choose a form template, which is already set up in the Forms section of Pascal Onboarding.
  5. Press the Next button when you have inserted all information.
  6. In the new section, users who will fill the form can be added in this page. Add a first name, last name and email address and press the Add button.
    • These persons can be externals who will provide information in the form. If the information will be provided by internal users, this step can be skipped with the Skip button.
  1. Press the Next button if you have added externals to provide the form information.
  2. In the new section, add the internal assignee who is primarily responsible for the client. Optionally, collaborators can be added.
  3. Press the Submit button to create the Client.
