How to set up an External theme

An theme allows you to present your company branding towards external users in the Pascal Onboarding module. External users will visit this section of Pascal Onboarding when filling a Client Onboarding form that is sent to them.

The external theme settings allow you to add your corporate identity with a company name, logo, button & text colours, a logo and external language.

All pages an external user will visit, will use the corporate identity you have set up. If no external theme is set up, the default Pascal theme will be used.

To create a theme, the below steps can be followed:

  1. Navigate to the Settings by pressing the environment name or your initials in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Select External configuration below the Onboarding section in the settings menu on the left side.
  3. In the Theme card, click on the Edit button.
  4. Here several options are present to edit the theme shown on external pages. Below a preview is visible so all changes can immediately be reviewed in this example.
  5. After all desired changes are made, press the Save button to save the changes.

To change the default language in the external section of Pascal Onboarding, the below steps can be followed:

  1. Navigate to the Settings by pressing the environment name or your initials in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Select External configuration below the Onboarding section in the settings menu on the left side.
  3. In the External users language card, click on the Edit button.
  4. Select the desired lanuage for the external section and press the Apply button to save the change.
