How to upgrade your organisation from Free to Premium

In the Subscription page in Pascal's Organisation Settings, some information about your free account can be found. The Limits card shows how many usage is still left to use in the current period.

On the top, there is an option to upgrade your Pascal account with the Upgrade to Premium button. This enables you to perform more searches, access to monitoring capabilities, create more cases and access more products.

How to upgrade

Upgrading your account to a Premium account has great benefits such as more monitoring capabilities, access to more searches which enables you to have more datasets enabled or creating more cases. Before you can use Pascal unlimited, your organisation needs to be upgraded to a paid version.

You can start the upgrade procedure in the Subscription page in the Products section of your Settings with using the Upgrade to Premium button. All the settings that are saved in the upgrading process will be available next time you come back, but will not be enabled until you go through the upgrade flow fully.

  1. Select the Upgrade to Premium button.
  2. Select Premium Annual or Premium Monthly.
  3. Select the Products you'd like to utlise.
  4. Press the Go to checkout button.
  5. Confirm the information about your account.
  6. Add a payment method to your account.
  7. Confirm the chosen subscription.
  8. Select the confirm to finalise the process.

Now your account is converted to the Premium version of Pascal. If you'd like to change the products of your subscription, you can do this on the Subscription page.
