How to filter on/search specific cases

  1. To do this go to the Cases tab.
  2. In the right top corner you select Filter.
  3. This will open a section where you can use the Quick filters. You can also create your own customise filters by clicking on the Add filter button.
  4. There are 3 default Quick filters buttons:
    • Unresolved hits – filters the Unresolved and Partially resolved cases.
    • In review cases – filters the In review cases.
    • Unassigned cases – filters the Unassigned cases.
  5. Add filter – use this option and create custom-made filters tailored to your own needs. Click on this button and the side panel is opened. The filter types are divided into 4 categories:
    • All – filters that are applicable to Case, Client and Hit.
    • Case – focus on filters that are applicable on a case level only.
    • Client – focus on filters that are applicable on a client level only.
    • Hit – focus on filter that are applicable on the individual hit.
  6. Breakdown of all the filter types:
    • Cases page:
      • Case
        • Type – select the entity type of the case.
        • Name - Search the name of the case.
        • Status - Choose the overall current state of the case.
        • Resolve status – select the resolvement level of the case.
        • Risk - Select the applicable risk level for the cases.
        • Assignee - users or groups the cases should be assigned to.
        • Last modified - You can choose a previous time duration, or select a date on the calendar.
        • ID - The case ID.
        • Nationalities – Select which nationalities to include based on the case details.
        • Country – You can choose which countries to include based on the case details.
      • Client
        • Name - Search the name of the client.
        • Status – Choose between active or archived cases.
      • Hit
        • Resolve status – Select the filter(s) of the cases that have or have not been resolved or cases that have updated hits.
        • Source – you can select 1 or more different sources.
        • Data found – you can choose to focus the hits according to the date they were found by picking one of the default options or your own time-frame via the date picker.
    • Clients page:
      • Client
        • Name- Search the name of the client.
        • Status– choose between active or archived clients.
        • My clients – choose the clients that are currently assigned to you.
        • Last Modified – you can select the time frame of which changes were made to the cases of the client.
  7. View deleted cases, Reset filters and Export:
    • Recycle bin- Shows all cases that have been deleted.
    • Reset filters- Reset filters to default settings. By default, no selections are made, and all fields remain empty.
    • Export cases- Make a global case report of all the cases that comply with all the selected filters.
